Essential Functions:
Provide customer service experience to both internal and external customers.
Process all orders received from order review, order entry to PO receipt and shipping transactions.
Work on the order fulfillment daily.
Prepare documentation required to ship orders both domestically and internationally.
Send out delivery notifications to internal and external customers, as required.
Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders.
Match shipping documents with invoices daily.
Update order management processes documentation.
Back up and support Manager, Sales Order Processing as required and with special projects as requested.
Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Skill Requirements:
Ability to professionally interact with internal and external customers, understand, handle and escalate customer problems in a timely manner.
Excellent follow through skills, interpersonal skills, hard working, a self-starter and problem solver. Must have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Education/Training/Experience Requirements:
2+ years of sales order administration and sales support.
1+ Warehouse Fulfillment Experience
Preferred Experience:
Knowledge of Fedex software
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Mac Numbers required.
