We are looking for Project Managers to work on the high profile, four and five story, wrap and podium Multi Family Residential projects. Experience in Single Family, Retail and Mixed Use projects is a plus. We are located in downtown Las Vegas on Fremont Street. Our office environment is open and friendly. We're extremely flexible when it comes to hours as long as work get's done. We need people that require minimum supervision and work well with our team and our clients.
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
7 years of professional experience, minimum five in Multi-Family Residential
Extensive knowledge of the IBC and ADA
Experience with local Planning and Building Department requirements
Experience in coordinating Civil, S, M, P, E and all consultants.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or REVIT
Excellent communication skills
Well organized, good team member
License or working towards your license is preferred
