Barista - Tower Suites Lobby Bar

The Barista at Tower Suites Lobby Bar is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service and personalized guest experiences in a luxury hospitality environment. This position prepares and serves high-quality coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverage offerings while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and Forbes Five-Star service. The Barista creates meaningful guest interactions, anticipates guest needs, and contributes to the elevated experience expected within the Tower Suites.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGreet guests warmly and provide personalized, attentive service in accordance with Wynn Las Vegas and Forbes Five-Star standards.Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.Accurately take guest orders and process transactions through the point-of-sale system.Demonstrate thorough knowledge of beverage offerings and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.Maintain quality, consistency, and efficiency during both peak and non-peak service periods.Handle cash, credit card, room charge, and other payment transactions accurately and responsibly.Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked workstations at all times.Perform opening, closing, and side work duties, including cleaning equipment, stocking product, and maintaining service areas.Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs to leadership.Maintain compliance with all Southern Nevada Health District regulations and food safety standards.Collaborate effectively with fellow team members and leadership to ensure seamless daily operations.Uphold all Wynn Las Vegas policies, procedures, and service expectations.
