The beverage program includes an extensive tequila and mezcal selection that is elevated and inspired by modern, fun, bright, and innovative techniques and flavors featured in specialty cocktails, like the spicy yet cool Obsidian margarita.The Casa Playa Bus Person is responsible for assisting the Servers, Bar Team, and Kitchen Team in servicing guests promptly service with genuine hospitality. Bus Persons fully understand our cycle of service and are responsible for maintaining the flow and pace of an experience from start to finish. Bus Persons have a complete knowledge of our tools, steps of service, sections, table numbers, positions numbers, traffic pattern and a working understanding of assigned menu items.
