Other responsibilities will include:
Check service manual orders for accuracy
Handle incoming calls regarding rigging orders
Document technical questions for assigned rigging foremen
Check with exhibitors in regards to chain hoist, truss, and lighting requirements
Check weight and electrical requirements
Process advance exhibitor orders for rigging
Coordinate with Stage Rigging as necessary
Audit orders on a day-by-day basis
REQUIREMENTS
Familiarity with pertinent information for all shows and show rules and regulations
Typing speed of 40 wpm with a high level of accuracy
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word and Excel
Must have ability to follow procedural guidelines
Must be dependable with a team player attitude
Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks
Minimum RequirementsEDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with TSS system
