General Manager - Pool Beverage

As the General Manager of Pool Beverage you will be responsible for:Overseeing the operation of beverage services at all Wynn & Encore resort pools.Work with both the Hotel & F&B divisions to ensure that service is streamlined and in accordance with Wynn Las Vegas standards.Ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards.Scheduling, training and evaluating beverage services staff, ensuring quality, appearance and guest service according to Wynn Las Vegas service standards.
