JBE Systems is a successful family owned IT support company that has been supporting customers in the Las Vegas valley for 23 years. We are looking for a Desktop Helpdesk - Apple Technician to support educational customers in the Las Vegas valley. We are looking for a candidate that can grow their technical skills and advance within the company. The candidate must possess the following:
Experience:

• Apple support experience
• Working knowledge of Apple macOS
• Working knowledge of Apple iOS
• Working knowledge of Jamf Pro MDM
• Working knowledge of Apple School/Business Manager
• Working knowlege of Office 365
• Working knowledge of Google Workplace
• Desktop Support experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Certifications:

• Apple ACiT Certification recommended
• Jamf 100 recomended
• CompTIA Network+ Certification a plus

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to provide high attention to detail
• Ability to multitask proficiently
