Description SHIFT: Day JobSCHEDULE: Full-timeResponsible for overseeing the development and implementation of health promotion and disease management program initiatives that will demonstrate a positive ROI and health improvement of members across all lines of business. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Ensures that prevention and health management program accreditation standards are met or exceeded and manages interdepartmental teams to ensure efficient program development and administration. Participates with other management team members in establishing strategic plans and objectives. Participates in aligning, developing and implementing functional area policies and procedures to support strategic plans and objectives. Establishes and manages productivity targets. Manages use of ancillary staff as resources to other departments. Serves as mentor to lower leveled managers and as subject matter expert for other areas of the company and within the department. Manages multiple functions requiring unique sets of knowledge or has significant fiscal accountability. Develops and manages annual operating budget. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports. Requires a BA/BS in a relevant field of clinical specialization; 5 years of clinical or health education experience; 2 years of management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
