Marketing Specialist—Food & Beverage Events

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the resort’s signature resort activations and events. Reporting to a Director, this role collaborates closely with marketing and operations teams to develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives and support creative programming. The ideal candidate is creative, a highly organized strategist and a collaborative communicator who can turn ideas into impactful events and campaigns.ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, coordination and execution of initiatives that promote the resort’s dining experiences and large-scale resort activations; work closely with internal teams to ensure each event meets established goals.Coordinate marketing collateral, on-property advertising, promotional placements, and content production needs – including photo and video shoots – to support resort programming and campaign execution.Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of Connoisseur Series events, collaborating with chefs, restaurant teams, external partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional guest experiences.Assist with coordinating event programming, menu development, promotional strategies, walk throughs, guest communications, and operational logistics to deliver elevated dining experiences.Collaborate with colleagues within the resort marketing and communications team to create integrated marketing plans inclusive of earned media, social media, and internal communications.Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance metrics to optimize future initiatives.Identify and track market trends in hospitality and similar industries; assist with research, reporting, and presentations.Review marketing collateral, media assets, and website copy for accuracy, consistency.Perform administrative tasks assigned by the department leader.Maintain the Connoisseur mailing list for quarterly announcements.
