Nightlife Marketing – Videographer

The Nightlife Marketing Videographer is responsible for but not limited to capturing events, employees, artists, and other elements of the Nightlife department, such as merchandise and food and beverage in our venues and other unique settings. The Nightlife videographer will also assist in the strategy of Nightlife marketing through video.Job ResponsibilitiesCapture and edit video content at all Wynn Nightlife venuesCapture and edit organic non-staged event moments at all Wynn Nightlife eventsUse artistic knowledge and different techniques to create concept videos (short form and long form) Assist with creating unique video concepts to help promote artist, events, and the Wynn Nightlife brandRecommend creative ideas to exceed expectations of video goals and objectivesCreate videos for all promotional and sponsorship needsCreate onsite short form interesting reels for social mediaBuild relationships with resident artists to capture unique content inside and outside of the venuesAdd special effects to video treatmentsAbility to setup lighting, backdrops, and equipment for studio style shootsAssist with scouting locations to shoot interesting and captivating videosAbility to provide clear and professional art direction to subjects for video treatmentsWrite video treatments to present to artists and executive teamsUse, research, and stay up to date on all camera equipmentConduct competitive research from other day and nightlife venuesFlexibility to work different hours week to week with some travelCommunicate in a timely manner via email, phone calls, WhatsApp, etc.Create one sheets and marketing decks to present ideas, events, concepts, and strategiesPresent new ideas weekly in marketing meetingDetailed note taking from creative meetings and marketing meetingsAssist the Director of Marketing with tasksFlexibility to perform other job-related tasks as deemed necessary by managementAdhere to and enforce company specific safety policiesDeliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting in a professional manner
