Presentation Manager - Wynn Nightlife

The Presentation Manager is responsible for designing, executing, and scaling VIP bottle presentation experiences across Wynn Nightlife venues. This role ensures a consistent, high-end guest experience that drives revenue through precision, personalization, and operational excellence.Core ResponsibilitiesVIP Experience & ExecutionOwn end-to-end execution of VIP bottle presentations across all venuesDeliver structured, tier-based presentation experiences aligned with spend levelsCoordinate real-time execution including music, lighting, and staff choreographyEnsure seamless service flow, including timely first pours and VIP-first service standardsMaintain a clean, elevated, and non-intrusive presentation style aligned with luxury positioningProgram Development & StandardizationBuild and implement a Wynn Nightlife presentation playbook across venuesCreate and manage tiered presentation packages based on spend ($1K–$25K+)Establish consistency in delivery while allowing for venue-specific identity (XS, EBC, etc.)Integrate personalization strategies based on guest profilesTeam Leadership & TrainingTrain and manage presentation teams including servers, hosts, and support staffDevelop structured training programs focused on timing, precision, and guest interactionConduct pre-shift alignments to ensure team readinessHold teams accountable to presentation standards and performance expectationsOperational & On-Floor LeadershipOversee execution during peak nightlife hoursCoordinate cross-functional teams in real timeTroubleshoot service or execution issues immediatelyMaintain presence during high-value guest activations and major eventsRevenue & Experience OptimizationDrive revenue through elevated VIP experiencesIdentify upsell opportunities through upgraded presentation tiersTrack performance metrics and guest feedbackContinuously refine presentation strategies
