-Be efficient and friendly both face to face and on the phone, able to handle 10+ phone line system while maintaining a courteous attitude.
-Must be able to Multi-task, learn fast and have great communication skills.
-As part of this job this individual is required to demonstrate great computer skills, be able to type at least 30 WPM, have cash handling skills, be able to take instruction, and able to enter data accurately.
-Must be able to use electronic medical records.
