Looking to add a top notch Treatment Coordinator to our wonderful family. We are a busy dental office in need of someone who's responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answering phones, verifying insurance, treatment planning, sending pre-authorizations, reviewing EOBs and pre-authorizations with patients, calculating co-pays, presenting and getting patient acceptance in a variety of treatment plans, collecting balances and co-pays, e-mailing x-rays and communicating with specialist's offices for referred patients, preparing end-of-day reports, scheduling patients for hygienist and dentist and overall team player.
