Virtual Receptionist/ Coordinator

Compensation: To be agreed upon prior to assignment.

Local business owner looking for Virtual/Marketing Assistant.

Ideally, you will be knowledgeable with Microsoft Word and Excel and can track down and extract information on the Internet from a variety of sources. And you must have solid understanding about how the real business world works.

This gig could turn into something even more amazing if you pay attention to what we are doing.

I do not care about your work history as I will determine on my own if you have the necessary skills to provide the assistance that I need to grow this business.

You must be a person of integrity, have a good attitude and don't mind a challenge or two periodically.

Some of this work is a bit repetitious but is necessary in this field of work.

I am looking an assistant who is willing to work as a contractor.

Initially, the work will be 4-12 hours per week.

An Exceptional person can work out of their home office. Otherwise I need for you to work at my office.

Duties of the Virtual Receptionis include, but may not be limited to:

Receives patient and physician referral requests by phone or fax.

Schedule appointments for PAP Specialist client return calls.

Verify insurance benefits and obtain pre-authorization and eligibility for coverage and reimbursement.

Utilize EMR to enter patient information, make appointments, attach documents, retrieve messages, communicate with billing staff, etc.

Assist in resolving client equipment problems.

Responds to patient's needs as required by telephone or visit in a timely manner.

Liaison between sleep department and outside referring practices and Hospitals.

Develop and maintain multiple spreadsheets showing current inventory, products sold and returned, etc.

Dispense durable medical equipment to patients under the physicians order.

Oversee CPAP compliance and auto-supply program

Maintain professional knowledge of all products and equipment we offer.
