We are adding to our team! Rainbow Animal Hospital is currently accepting applications from experienced LVTs and veterinary assistants. The ideal applicant will be a dependable individual with exceptionable technical ability, practical experience, and great communication skills to join the ranks of our skilled technical team. We empower our technicians to reach their full potential by entrusting them with a wide range of duties, including all of those sanctioned by Nevada law. Duties include (but are not limited to) animal handling and restraint, assisting in rooms, running in-house labwork, taking radiographs, obtaining temperatures and blood pressures, charting, administering oral medications, performing nail trims, expressing anal glands, obtaining fecal samples, and maintaining a clean environment for our patients.
Full time benefits include employer contribution group health insurance, 4 day work weeks with 3 day weekends, paid time off, discounted veterinary care for employee pets, and uniforms.
