Position Summary:
Based in Las Vegas, the Recruiter/Onsite Representative is responsible for the execution of unparalleled customer service to our Three C’s: Customers, Contingent employees, and Coworkers. We are looking for Leaders; the individuals who will drive our company forward. This position will be responsible for handling contingent employee and customer relations, building a steady pipeline of ready-to-work employees and contributing to continuous business growth.
Hourly: $15-16

This position will assist the branch by handling the phones as well as assist in recruiting and provide all the necessary paperwork for applicants to complete for on-boarding.
Service Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, on-boarding, assigning and dispatching temporary associates to Millennium customers.
Essential Job Functions:
Serve as a front line to the branch by handling walk in and calls from applicants and temporary staff.
Follow Company policy for recruiting, interviewing, hiring and assigning temporary staff to clients.
Enter employee information into Avionte System.
Assist in the implementation of recruiting campaigns to attract quality temporary workers
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in areas such as;
I-9, background checks, drug testing, employment applications, record keeping and time cards
Provide consistent On-Boarding using company standards; including safety orientation
Review, confirm and input information on all customer orders; follow company policies and procedures when
utilizing Avionte System.
Maintain all job orders by activating and inactivating associates on open job orders
Communicate with Manager to resolve client concerns and resolve certain temporary employee employment
related issues at the client site
Provide all temporary employees with proper work instructions and necessary personal protection
equipment (PPE) as required for each client including issuing Millennium ID’s
Coordinate the distribution and receipt of paychecks/pay cards to temporary employees
Log concerns such as DNR’s, no shows, refusal of assignment, late arrivals, etc. Into the temporary employee
maintenance in Avionte System, including entering notes daily in each employee profile
Follow up with temporary employees on completed job orders to ensure their satisfaction and meeting client
requirements and completed job assignment as described in work order
Place employees on job orders as soon as employees are confirmed to work.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Travel:
Majority local travel with 20% travel to client locations.
Onsite Representative Responsibilities:
Assign work and monitor its performance within shifts or sites to assure that all contract requirements are
met; that all policies and procedures are adhered to, and that all objectives are met.
Begin day at the client or office locations, be at check in station to monitor our staff, answer questions and
build rapport with staff
Follow-up calls to staff that may have missed their shift to confirm for next shift
Light recruiting of staff for your shift at your client, including posting jobs, contacting candidates and
confirming candidates for orientation
Build relationship with client in a professional manner, anticipate their needs and exceed expectations
Manage weekly schedules for all employees.
Handle order requests and changes from client contacts.
Maintain time clock database up-to-date in order to process payroll.
Ensure all employees are signing in and out properly and daily

Requirements:
A minimum of 1 to 3 years in light industrial and/or hospitality staffing industry or related role preferred;
Understanding and knowledge of human resource practices, employee relations, state and federal laws,
workers compensation, safety, risk and payroll/ timekeeping preferred
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook 365
Ability to navigate and work with various timekeeping and payroll systems and databases. Prior experience
with timekeeping systems is ideal but not required
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written)
Multi-task oriented with excellent organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Adapt to a changing work environment
Bi-lingual skills (English and Spanish) required
