General practice law firm is seeking full-time Nevada licensed associates must be proficient in handling PI cases through trial with minimal or no supervision. Candidates having experience with civil or/and Immigration cases will be given priority.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years PI Litigation experience
Excellent negotiation skills
Good communication, written, and research skills, computer savvy
Knowledge of Federal and Local Court rules
Ability to multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
Having integrity and work ethic
Duties:
Heavy court appearance
Negotiations, motions, depositions, arbitrations, hearings, trials
Clients strategy advice, case analysis, legal research, communicating with courts and opposing parties
Drafting demands, motions, pleadings, memoranda, briefs, responses, filings
Managing monthly caseload
