We are a very busy jewelry company located near Flamingo & Pecos and are looking for someone FULL-TIME to take amateur-style pictures and videos of our jewelry in office. While this job is a little bit photography and graphic design, we are NOT looking for a professional photographer or a graphic designer. We want your average person that already spends a lot of time on social media everyday and therefore you should already have an idea of what's trending, what looks good, etc. We are not using complicated things like Photoshop, we just use phone apps that you already use.
This task takes around 20-25 hours per week. Then about 5-10 hours per week is spent packaging orders and dropping them off at the post office (reliable transportation is required).
Another 5-10 hours per week is available for organizing and light cleaning, and is a BIG PLUS, but is not required. The only required cleaning is cleaning up after yourself when shooting content or packing orders.
If you take on ALL tasks (including 5-10hrs/wk cleaning and organizing) you will be offered a salary position between $2,250-$2,500/per month, depending on experience and results. If you want to shoot content and package rings you will be offered $12-$14/hr depending on experience and results.
MUST have a great eye for itty bitty detail and quality checking for jewelry flaws. You must be able to read text that is 2mm tall at a glance a foot away, or you will struggle. It is completely okay if you wear glasses.
The perfect person for this position is available 8/9 to 4/5 Monday through Friday and has no other weekday daytime commitments, and rarely asks for time off as you are the only fulltime person. The upside is that you generally work alone, you are NOT micro managed, can make your own schedule as long as the work gets done by the end of the day, can listen to music or podcasts as you work, can bring a SMALL dog with you to the office :-) And we never work weekends. Must be comfortable with a cat around.
