The Siegel Group is seeking a Social Media Marketing Coordinator to add to our team and enhance our visibility online and in print for multiple properties throughout the country. This is a full time opportunity with benefits and room for advancement!

Job Summary:

The Social Media Marketing Coordinator works closely with other Corporate and key employees. Coordinates all social media marketing material, social media promotions, and creating integrated campaigns. The Social Media Marketing Coordinator also assists in administrative duties, analytics monitoring, and online and print design.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Curates content and coordinates schedule for Social Media Marketing for select venues

Create integrated campaigns through social and print media

Identifies unique marketing and advertising opportunities in print and online.

Makes sure that each property is aware of all marketing and advertising efforts taking place at their property.

Monitors marketing programs, effectiveness, and activities through reporting systems.

Acts as a liaison between the Corporate Office and the properties concerning all marketing and advertising efforts.

Responsible to coordinate the placement and design of all print, television, radio and online advertisements.

Updates the “Marketing Spreadsheet” that lists all current activities at each property.

Creates all marketing related PO’s and submit to Director of Marketing

Responsible for coordinating designing and ordering necessary signage for all properties.

Assist in online listing & print classified ads

Audit online presence for all venues

Processes all requests from the properties for additional marketing materials.

Ability to identify strategic issues and opportunities.

Assist the Director of Marketing with any additional tasks.

Take notes and keep reports of key details from meetings.

Ensure the Advertising is always up to date.

Qualifications:

BA or BS degree in a related field.

1-2 years Marketing related experience in social media.

Graphic Design experience and/or service industry is a plus.

Proficiency Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Great attention to detail.

Standing, walking, bending, sitting, and ability to lift up to 15 lbs.

Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance, adhering to Company standards.

Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
