Responsible for Battery building using diagrams and build sheets that must be maintained by working with the Document Control Department. Must follow the battery order from start to finish to ensure quality standards are met. Assemblies batteries according to the instructions set by the battery department lead.
Soldering experience is a huge plus
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished products
Implement and improve quality control operating procedures
Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems and defects for all batteries
Participate in routine visual inspections for batteries and charging systems
Maintain a clean and safe work environment clean of harmful items that will cause issues with batteries.
Operate various equipment for battery testing and Battery management system maintenance.
Manual assembly of battery cells as needed.
Maintenance of equipment, including cleaning, part replacement, and troubleshooting.
Assist higher-level personnel in more complex maintenance, repair, servicing, and troubleshooting.
Soldering and troubleshooting batteries
Testing battery systems using a voltmeter or digital multimeter equipment.
Battery Assembling and battery cell balancing
