NOW HIRING IMMEDIATELY- CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
LOCATION: HENDERSON, NV
PAYRATE: $16-$19 DOE
SCHEDULE: 7AM-3:30PM (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)
Summary: Provides all aspects of customer service which includes processing customer purchase orders, fielding telephone calls, and responding to customer inquiries. Supports overall business productivity by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
1. Answers phone calls and responds as appropriate or transfers call as necessary.
2. Receives Customers’ Purchase orders (e-mail, fax and/or telephone) and accurately create a Sales Order into QuickBooks.
3. Send Order Confirmation to Customers, and if needed, request revisions regarding Pricing, Out Stock Items, Pre-Paid Freight Minimums, Excess Shipping Charges, Full Case Quantiles, as required.
4. Assembles Pick List with Purchase Order and sends to Warehouse for Processing.
5. Upon receipt from Warehouse of Shipped Order, creates Invoice (billing) and e-mails invoice to Customers.
6. Corresponds with customers and responds to customer questions, concerns, and requests.
7. Handles all customer returns or refunds by tracking appropriately in the RMA log, coordinating with shipping on inspection, and processing credit.
8. When applicable, sends and receives credit card authorization.
9. Utilizes proper communication with warehouse employees regarding shipments, product inventory, returns, or any other customer or business related inquiry.
10. Supports physical inventory cycle counts.
11. Performs other duties as assigned. Note:

Ability to deal with problems involving several multiple variables. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, QuickBooks, FedEx Ship Manager, and other software as needed Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
