Position Functions and Duties
Answering Phones
Retrieval of messages from general voice mail every morning and throughout the day. Return calls
Handle customer inquiries
Provide Information about products and services
Provide customer service by receiving and responding to emails and answering general requests both internally and externally.
Perform a variety of routine clerical tasks and other duties assigned
Managing technician paperwork. This will include detailed inspection of invoices and documents.
Invoicing
Write proposals/service agreements when needed
Scheduling Appointments
Prepare Documents
Organize and prioritize Information
Process accounts receivables
Filing
Perform Collection Calls
Effectively communicate information to customers, educating customers on what services need to be performed, what treatment procedures were utilized, pest control facts and on pro-active things that the customer can do to assist in pest prevention.
Continually build relationships with customers and at all times promote excellent customer service, quality, integrity and professionalism.
Attend all required meetings.
Complete all required service records, customer reports, and time records, in accordance with company procedures.
Stay abreast to current industry trends, regulations, technical data, new products, safety standards, materials and equipment.
Inform management of any customer issues or concerns that are not completely resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
Requirements
Clean Driving Record & Current Valid Driver's License
Pass a Background check and Drug Test
Must be 21 years of age or older
Experience, Education and Required Skills
Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous pest management experience with knowledge of pest management technique and procedures is preferred but not required. Prior experience establishing professional relationships with customers is required.
Applicant must possess exceptional verbal communication skills. Must display a professional image, outgoing personality, confidence, kindness and problem solving abilities. Must have a positive demeanor and ability to interact with others in a pleasing, professional way. Must be highly motivated, self-driven and capable of working both independently and as a team. Must have good organizational and time management skills.

Experience operating phones, faxes, computers and other office equipment
Experience operating Outlook, Excel, Word and other common programs

Requires the ability to work in both very noisy as well as quite areas
Requires correct vision and hearing to normal range

Daily work is performed in heated/air conditioned facilities as well as in non-heated/air conditioned facilities
