If you have been told you are over qualified for an admin position, we want to meet you. We need someone with ten plus, yes TEN PLUS, years of computer experience. This includes being an expert at email (Outlook), Excel, Adobe and knowing how to navigate a CRM.
We are looking for a rock-star who has great phone experience as well. We have been complemented many times on our phone etiquette, and we need someone to step in and continue the great customer service over the phone.
You are a person who cannot stand "messy" and makes sure the conference room and kitchen are up to snuff and the kitchen is completely stocked at all times. This means you are able to do inventory and make sure we never run out of anything, including office supplies, printer toner, etc.
A typical day here is busy and everyday is different. You need to be able to roll with the punches and tackle several projects everyday. We move fast and expect you to get things done quickly. Only apply if you like to stay busy. There is hardly any down time here. We have been growing at a crazy rate and we need you to step in and take charge of the admin role.
Ok, so here is the fun stuff. If you do not send a cover letter, your resume will not be reviewed. Please include a contact phone number in your cover letter. If you are selected, you will be interviewed over the phone first. If you pass the phone interview, you will be asked to come in for an in-person interview.
We will pay the right candidate good money. But let's be real, we need to know if you are the right person and we need sixty-days to find out. If you are the rock star we have been seeking, we will do a salary review after sixty days. You wow us and we will reward you.
