Seeking Experienced Bookkeeper - Utility person for growing Hospitality Company/Owner Personal Assistant
1- Must have extensive knowledge of quickbooks and excellent accounting ability
2- Must be organized and the ability to reorganize- and be effectively efficient
3- Must have extensive knowledge of Quickbooks Purchase Orders and Reconciliation
4- Must be able to multi task and delegate
5- Must be able to keep and maintain perfect records
6- Must be able to be delegated by owner and follow through daily and weekly tasks
7- " street smart person "
8- Social Media Skills a major plus
9- mngmt exp a plus dealing with food and beverage industry.
10 - have the authority skills to manage.
Perfect candidate would be someone that has mngmt experience in high volume fast food with bookkeeping experience - that wants to be " the go to person"
Compensation 15 hr
Plus Gas allowance per month - for there will be traveling to multiple locations- southern NV only
