This person will be responsible for typical duties of an administrative assistant in a general office. Flexible hours between 15-20 hours per week. Mailing, filing, answering calls, schedule management, printing, data-entry, etc. Candidate must have a great interpersonal skills, and the ability to to speak to others in-person and on the phone in an outgoing and professional manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
+ Basic office skills
+ Customer Service skills
+ Phone skills
+ Basic MS Word and Excel
+ Good working knowledge of e-mail
A knowledge or experience in insurance is a plus, and bilingual in Spanish is a HUGE plus but not required.
