We have three openings for an experienced and reliable persons to join our team as a Release of Information Representatives in Las Vegas, NV. We are looking to fill these positions with experienced, dependable, hard-working candidates immediately.
Position duties include customer service inquires, data entry, phones, scanning documents to file, and release of confidential health information. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of release of medical records, HIPAA guidelines, excellent computer, communication, and customer services skills, as well as great attention to detail.
Past experience with medical records, release of information, medical office or a copy service is preferred, but will train the right candidate.
Punctuality and attendance are a must.
Position Responsibilities
Friendly, professional and cordial to patients, clients, coworkers and others
Protect confidentiality of patient PHI at all times
Confidently explain HIPAA regulations and guidelines to patients
Peer Relations
Friendly, professional and cordial to supervisors and peers
Attend work regularly and adhere to company time off policies
Answer facility calls and assist with projects as needed
Receive constructive feedback professionally
Work hours will be 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday-Friday.
