JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary
Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, the Sales Support Rep is responsible for managing sales orders/projects and providing first line support to customers via e-mail and phone. Responsibilities also include ensuring that all necessary information is obtained to coordinate the order of manufactured goods as well as maintaining internal systems updated.
This position required individuals who are capable of working with minimal supervision.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Organization
Implements all aspects involved in preparing bids (technical specifications, price validation, finalizing contracts) and in opening/closing projects.
Meets established deadlines; carries out activities with a keen sense of priority and attention to completing files on time.
Manages own files diligently; ensures the C4C and SAP (internal system) tools and communications with clients are up to date.
Supports the sales team in following up and evaluating projects, confirming orders, and collecting deposits.
Coordination
Gathers and compiles client requests; analyzes, prepares, and directs information to the parties involved.
Ensures communication with clients is clear and precise; maintains good business relations in order to provide total satisfaction and represent the company fairly.
Replies to all correspondence and coordinates client requests for support.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
3 years of experience within a customer service role with heavy project management.
Bachelors degree preferred or a combination of both education and work experience with project management.
