High-end Mortgage Company Looking for a Loan Transaction Coordinator who can help with growing business!
The ideal candidates should have experience in initial loan set up with emphasis on compliance with focus on TRID, the timely and correct issuance of the all initial disclosures. Candidate will perform a range of mortgage loan coordination steps to accept an originated loan application and provide excellent customer service, both externally and internally. Candidate will be mainly responsible for ordering appraisals, working with title companies and dealing with insurance.
Duties will include:
Managing pipeline
Managing CRM's and Loan App Systems
Contacting and following up with clients on loan documents
Building loan files in LOS
Answering phones and directing calls
Assisting processor when needed
Ordering Escrow, Appraisals and VOE's
Running AUS (DU and LP)
