Owner is looking for a couple ( or family) to be onsite manager for a 56 unit building. Building is located in a heavy minority area of Las Vegas. Property was built in 2002. Apartments are very large. Looking for manager to collect rents, enforce house rules, clean grounds, clean vacant apartments, handle some minor maintenance.
Managers unit could be a 2,3, or 4 bedroom unit. Rental rate ranges from $995 to $1,300 per month.
Compensation: will receive the equivalent of $1,700 ( free apartment plus additional $400-$700 per month over and above apartment rent) Duites: Collecting of rents, serving notices, enforcing rules, keeping grounds clean daily( hour to hour and half), testing
and vacuuming pool; cleaning vacant units, patrolling, scheduling maintenance person and maybe some minor maintenance etc. This is a full time job.
Other partner must have a full time job so family is supported and is not depending on person who is doing the day to day management to survive. If other partner has maintenance skill sets we can provide some extra work after his other job or on his days off.
Rents will be collected out of your apartment so there is no reason to sit in an office all day waiting for something to happen.
