Established Residential Property Management Firm looking for a Permitted Property Manager
As a licensed RE agent and permitted property manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of close to 200 single family properties and will work with a support team including admin assistant, leasing agent and office manager. The PM will report directly to the office manager and broker.
This position requires a person who is a self-starter and can be detail oriented. Applicant needs to possess solid verbal and written communication skills; time management skills; and is not afraid of taking the initiative in order to reach goals.
The Property Manager will work with Tenants and Landlords at solving complex problems while being able to provide a high level of customer service.
This position offers a competitive package, including base pay ($3500 - $4000 per/mo DOE), attainable bonuses, and benefits that include health insurance, PTO, and transportation allowances.
This is NOT for onsite apartment management.
Requirements:
NV Real Estate License and Property Management Permit
Excellent Communication Skills - Written and Verbal
A leader who can set the example for subordinate employees
A problem solver and decision maker
Conduct real estate activities in accordance with the Nevada Revised Statutes.
Organized and detail oriented
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Working vehicle transportation
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Previous Residential Real Estate or Property Management Experience
