Job Brief:

The Administrative Clerk will provide support to call center, customer service and administrative departments. This support may include making outbound sales calls on select lead databases, labeling and mailing for programs and new owners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role requires organization, multi-tasking, attention to detail and being punctual.

Make outbound sales calls to select marketing databases.

Assist various operators on clerical duties such as assembling, labeling and mailing of packets.

Potential tracking and reporting on clerical duties and associated output.

Basic data entry and comparison of operational related functions.

Accomplish multiple deadline-sensitive projects

Keep inventory of production output, materials and content

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

Microsoft Office experience required

Basic Telephone, customer service skills

Excellent organizational and communication skills; verbal and written
