Our mini-vac sales call center in Las Vegas is looking for exciting, energetic, and money-motivated telephone professionals. Outbound and inbound leads provided daily. We have several positions available for immediate start.

This position reports to the Sales Supervisor and is responsible for selling vacation packages to increase tourism at our client resorts. The role is vital to the sales process and day to day operations in our growing sales department. All team members work closely with the Sales Supervisor to achieve individual, departmental and company objectives.

Essential Functions

• Outbound calls to leads assigned, to produce interest in purchasing a vacation package;

• Transfer all qualified calls to closers, supervisor on a daily basis;

• Answer inbound calls from marketing campaigns and promotional efforts;

• Note all interactions with customers and disposition leads accordingly;

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes according to company policy;

• All other duties and projects as assigned by management;

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills

• Prior Call Center or Similar Experience Required

• Ability to work in a competitive and professional sales environment

• Desire to learn and an open mind towards provided sales training

• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bilingual (English - Spanish) is a plus, not required

• High School diploma or GED is also preferred
