Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients seeking financial counseling and tax resolution assistance.
Work closely with prospective clients to identify the root of their tax problems, qualifying them for American Tax Service’s services, and enrolling them in the most suitable solutions.
Serve as the initial point of contact in guiding clients toward relief from their tax issues.
Engage with prospective clients via outbound or inbound telephone calls to understand their tax challenges.
Assess prospective clients' tax issues using predetermined questions to pinpoint areas of liability.
Determine the most appropriate service based on the client's tax situation.
Facilitate the enrollment process by collecting and processing all necessary documents.
Fulfill other duties as assigned.
