Inbound Sales Reps Needed and Customer Service Agents- Inbound calls only
We are looking for sales reps with phone sales experience to join our staff! We just moved into an 8,000 sqft office and have room for new salespeople. We are a financial services company that sells document preparation for people to get help with their student loans (it's not complicated at all and 130 million Americans have student loans). We are one of the largest companies in our industry!
With all the agents we are bringing on, those hired will be placed into a 90-180 day Management Track.
We are also looking for backend customer service reps to support our sales staff.
We get more calls from google than we can handle right now. You'll never be bored. We have great management, great leads, great training, and we all have a great time at work. Everyone on staff is very motivated and helpful.
The bonuses are $130 per sale and a good agent closes 2-4 sales a day. Our training is designed to get you closing 2 deals a day within a week.
THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT IF YOU ARE GOOD AT TALKING TO PEOPLE, GOOD AT READING A SCRIPT, GOOD AT FOLLOWING BASIC RULES, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY GOOD AT SALES, YOU CAN MAKE A REALLY GOOD CAREER OUT OF THIS
