Safe Harbor Senior Benefits is a national health insurance agency specializing in Medicare, with an emphasis on Medicare Advantage plans. We are a top-producing Agency in Las Vegas, NV and we sell plans across the country.

Safe Harbor pushes the boundaries of innovation and technology, developing qualified leads in-house. We have a problem that is the opposite of many companies - we generate too many inbound leads for our call center to handle and we don't have enough agents to take them.

As we continue to expand and grow this year, we are looking to hire agents immediately. We have all of the tools and training necessary for you to be successful. We have a proven and documented process that will enable you to be a top producer right out of training.

Stability:

As Covid-19 affected the whole world and shut down many businesses, we have been fortunate to benefit from the social distancing requirements as more and more, our clients would rather take care of their Medicare benefit needs over the phone working with a qualified enrollment center professionals like us!

Compensation:

$30,000 base salary plus commissions. The compensation is comprised of base hourly pay plus commissions, bonuses, and renewals. Our average agents earn over $1500 per month in incentive pay ON TOP of your base. Do the math. That's over $4000 per month and that's for the average advisor. Our top 10% make over 75k per year!

There is always the opportunity for growth within the company as we expand. We prefer to promote from within and are in need of leaders to help us grow.

Safe Harbor has a brand new, state of the art sales center located right in the center of Las Vegas. If you are a top sales producer, don't miss out.

Job Purpose:

Agents manage high quality live transfers and qualified preset appointments. There is no cold calling. We market in many states across the nation. This role focuses on our clients requesting information on the plans we sell. Your job would be to present the options to them and enroll them in a new plan that suits their needs best

Traditionally, selling Medicare Advantage plans entails a lengthy process of acquiring your own leads, setting up appointments, visiting clients, then presenting the options, and hoping you finally close them.

The average agent typically sells around 95 policies per year. Our average agent sells 40 policies PER MONTH and our top producers consistently sell 60-70 policies PER MONTH.

The opportunity is there for the right person. We are looking for talented, licensed insurance sales agents. If you are not licensed but consider yourself a top sales producer, we are open to training the right candidate and welcome you to apply as well.
