We are looking for people with
-Processing paperwork
-Customer service Experience
-Retention
-Upsell experience.
We have inbound calls from marketing for people that have never worked with us that you enroll for enrollment agents as well as existent customers calling in for help as well as retention and upsell for account managers.
We are looking for people that speak clearly and are coachable.
Good work ethic, mindset and discipline is what we look for most.
-Account managers make $15 base plus commissions for upsells to existent customers after training.
-Enrollment agents make $15 plus commissions for new enrollments.
-Processing agents make $12 per hour plus bonus for files done.
Training period is $9-$10 depending on experience and raises are given every week as you adapt.
Our average employee here makes over $20 an hour and our top enrollment agents are averaging over $40 an hour. This isn't only because we are a great company but because we have amazing dedicated staff members that are all about the customer and hard work.
