Massage 1 is now hiring part time to semi-full time front desk staff for evenings and weekends at three different company locations. Qualified applicants should be at least 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or higher. Having a friendly, outgoing, and warm personality is a must. Customer service is very important to us and all of our staff members are expected to provide service with a smile to each and every client.
Front desk staff will be responsible for a multitude of activities including checking clients in and out, answering phone calls, booking appointments, calling clients, updating records, laundry, light daily cleaning, etc. We are looking for energetic self-starters who are able to multitask and have initiative to accomplish all tasks without constant supervision or instruction. Applicants must be able to perform all those activities and more while also providing service with a smile.
Here are the hours and locations we are hiring for this position currently:
MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
Henderson: Stephanie & 215.
Southwest: Rainbow & 215.
Centennial: N. Durango & 215.
Applicants will work primarily at one location, but applicants that are available to work at multiple locations are preferred.
SHIFT OPENINGS
Weekday Evenings: Approximately 5:30PM-9:30PM.
Saturdays: Approximately 8:45AM - 7:15PM.
Sundays: Approximately 8:45AM - 7:15PM.
We strongly prefer hiring flexibile applicants that can work at multiple locations and cover multiple shifts when needed.
Responsibilities:
All aspects of front desk and facility customer service and sales.
Interacting with clients in person, online, over the phone, and through email.
Checking clients in/out. Booking, cancelling, rescheduling appointments.
Incoming & outgoing phone calls. Confirming clients. Touching base with past clients.
Conflict resolution with unhappy or upset clients.
Sales and upselling of products and services.
Filing. Maintaining records. Updating old files.
Laundry. Keeping sheets, towels, etc cleaned and folded for use by therapists.
Light daily cleaning. Wiping counters. Nightly vacuuming and mopping bathrooms.
Assisting management with any activities that may not be listed.
Requirements:
Applicants must be 18 years of age.
High school diploma.
Having a professional, warm, outgoing demeanor.
Basic to intermediate computer skills.
Reliable transportation.
Drama free. Drug free.
Flexibility to perform many various jobs and tasks.
Excellent customer service & phone skills.
Professional presentation & appearance.
Pluses (not required):
People who love massage!
Experience or schooling in a massage related field.
Customer service and/or sales experience.
Marketing experience.
Advanced computer skills (Word processing, Spreadsheets, Photoshop, website design, etc).
Social media skills (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc).
Second language fluency.
