We currently have a fully furnished room that is going to be available for rent at Grey Artistry in the city of Las Vegas in a high traffic area at Sahara & Decatur.
What we are looking for:
-Cleanliness is a must
-Someone with a little clientele following is recommended, but not necessary.
- This premium private room for lease is ideal for an Esthetician/Cosmetologist performing services such as: waxing, spray tan, nails, facials, tanning, massage, botox, hair stylist, filler, micro-needling, microdermabrasion, manicurist, make-up artist, or any Beauty & Appearance related profession.

Pricing details:
-Large almost 150 square ft private furnished room , air conditioning, sink, cabinets, mirror, table bed, and chair + stool. (Room can also be without Furnishings)
$230/week on a month-to month contract (3 months min)
$215/week if a 6 month lease is signed.
$205/week if a 1 year lease is signed.
We also have daily rates.
