Vacancy expired!

Xerox is the original leader in its industry and Premier Office Systems is the exclusive Xerox agency in Clark County. Agency management is accepting resumes for the position of Junior Agency Analyst.

The Junior Agency Analyst reports to the agency's General Manager and the responsibilities include both internal technical and educational assistance for the agencys staff as well as external technical and educational assistance for the agencys clientele.

Internal technical assistance for the agencys staff includes (but is not necessarily limited to) supporting the agencys fleet of computers and connectivity to its network and server, maintaining connection to the Internet, email system support, telephone system support, assisting the sales staff with the understanding and usage of Xerox equipment, and any other supportive activities which help drive revenues and profits.

External technical assistance for the agencys clientele includes (but is not necessarily limited to) pre-sale consultations with prospective customers and Xerox sales representatives, post-sale technical connections of Xerox devices to networks, installation of print drivers onto computers, mapping of scan routes from Xerox devices to electronic repositories, enabling fax functions, assisting IT and office administrators with the creation of efficient workflows as they pertain to Xerox solutions, thorough device setups and training sessions with end-users, installation of software which supports Xerox maintenance programs, and any other supportive activities which help drive customer satisfaction.

The Junior Agency Analyst position is a semi-corporate position within the small to medium-sized business market and a substantial amount of the Junior Agency Analyst's time is spent traveling throughout the Southern Nevada area on short notice. So, reliable, personal transportation is required.

While a college degree is not required, a strong educational background is very helpful due to the frequent interaction with c-level business owners and managers. A strong technical background is necessary and an appropriate business appearance and professional demeanor are mandatory. The ability to communicate competently with IT personnel is a must and the ability to deliver technical concepts in laymens terms to technically unsavvy end-users is ideal.

Upon joining the company, the Junior Agency Analyst is provided with a training program which prepares them for the fulfillment of Xerox requirements. Although training is provided, the Junior Agency Analyst must have a strong technical aptitude and experience with multifunction printers, know how to use them, and understand the fundamentals of connectivity and networking.

The Junior Agency Analyst will work an ideal schedule of 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with most holidays and weekends off. The first-year compensation program consists of a base salary, a limited monthly expense-reimbursement, and a medical insurance program with UnitedHealthcare. Annual vacation allowances are granted along with requested time off at management's discretion. First years minimum income expectation: $30K. Far greater income potential is possible for successful, long-term service.
