We are a leading Mechanical & Electrical Contractor looking for an HVAC Service Technician for our Install Division.
JOB DUTIES:
The HVAC Service Technician will report to the Construction/Install Department and will be responsible for Warranty service calls, Start-up of all newly installed equipment and/or assist with programming of control systems. Locate and diagnose any problems to include communication with Tech Support and describing diagnosis and repair options to the Project Management team. Completes all documentation on start-up reports and warranty replacement parts to the Project Management team.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 3 yrs experience in commercial and residential HVAC service. EPA Certificate, OSHA 10 and Valid NV Driver's License. Good communication skills and grammar.
Good physical health. Requires ability to raise, manipulate and maneuver tools, components and materials and handle a variety of items, equipment, compressors, refrigerant tanks, etc. Must be able to move and lift or carry heavy objects of up to & over 50 pounds to include duct work, furnaces or materials.
