On-Demand Courier – Job Details
Pay Structure
$18 per local delivery (local = under 21 miles)
Drivers cover their own fuel and vehicle expenses
Paid weekly
Shifts
On-demand pickups
Must deliver within 1 hour of dispatch
Driver Requirements (Minimum 2 Years Experience)
2+ years in courier, medical transport, or gig driving
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Reliable personal vehicle
Knowledge of local and regional routes
Smartphone with GPS and texting
Fast response time
Strong attention to detail
Clear English communication
Must pass background check & drug test

Warehouse Associate – Job Details
Pay: $16 per hour
Pay Schedule: Paid weekly
Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound shipments
Pick, pack, scan, and stage orders
Assist with order fulfillment
Support drivers with loading/unloading
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
Warehouse Requirements (Minimum 2 Years Experience)
Experience with SPL software systems — or willing to train
Experience in order fulfillment (picking, packing, scanning, staging)
2+ years warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience
Ability to lift/move packages
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Strong English communication
Ability to work independently
Must pass background check & drug test
