Work hours and days to be determined and agreed upon in advance and will vary by month. We have a terrific blend of clients with a concentration in non-profit organizations, while maintaining a balanced workload throughout the year.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional, team player, quick study, clear communicator, and will interface easily with clients, staff and partners.
Job responsibilities include:
- Establish working relationships with firm and client personnel
- Perform tax preparation services for firm clients
- Depending on your experience level, co-manage the tax practice
- Exhibit a professional, business-like demeanor
- Perform tax research as needed
Qualifications:
⢠CPA or EA
⢠Relevant work experience that includes demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility
⢠Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills
⢠Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity
⢠Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
⢠Tax preparation experience required, administration of a tax practice a plus
