We are looking for a high energy, friendly, level headed individual who can work in a fast paced environment. Ideal candidate will possess a calm and respectful attitude with homeowners and coworkers and have Yardi experience. Compliance Coordinators are responsible for monitoring Homeowner Associations that we manage ensuring all homes are abiding by CC&R’s.
Responsibilities include:
Driving through Associations at a scheduled time, take pictures of homes not in compliance, generate and mail letters to owners.
Take Homeowner calls and respond to emails to help resolve the issue cited in a timely manner.
Follow up with violations issues with re-inspections.
Work as a liaison between the Board of Directors and the homeowners.
Attend violation hearings with homeowner and board members.
Assess fines for non-compliant homeowners.
Assist with administrative duties in the office as needed.
Assist Compliance Manager as needed with other duties.
Requirements:
Attention to all details a must.
Follow up and follow through capabilities.
Calm personality and capable of diffusing tough situations.
Must own a car and keep auto insurance at all times.
Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced office.
Ability to work unsupervised and be a team player.
Yardi experience highly preferred.

Monday through Friday hour’s 8a-5p with the occasional evening for hearings
