Start: MID August 2019
Anticipated End Date: MID February 2020
HOURS: 40 hours per week
Pay: $16.69 per Hour
Position description:
Answering phone calls.
Taking payments from customers.
Respond to routine questions from the public.
Project work: updating records in billing software and scanning customer files.
Skills / Experience:
Prior experience is customer service desirable.
Extensive computer skills and knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel & Utility Billing software (desired).
A CLEAN DMV DRIVING RECORD IS REQUIRED.
A PRINTOUT FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES IS NECESSARY IN SECURING AN INTERVIEW.
ALSO, UPON HIRE, A DRUG SCREEN WILL BE ADMINISTERED.
