Martis Camp is a private luxury community which provides resort style living for its members.
The Gatehouse is staffed 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Aside from working the Gatehouse, the Security team actively patrols the community to ensure the safety and security of the residents and visitors of Martis Camp. Additionally, we provide services to the members that include: package delivery, home inspections, key management, and alarm monitoring.
The primary focus of this position is outstanding customer service in protecting the integrity of access, privacy, and exclusivity of Martis Camp.
The position offered is primarily a customer service position hired to assist in servicing the needs of the membership and community and is the best fit for someone comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities throughout a shift.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
Property access controls using windows telephone, desktop computer and apple tablets (Community Management System Software, Outlook Email, Alarm monitoring, etc.)
Vehicle and occupant access verification to ensure 100% accountability of who accesses the property.
Community patrols on 23 miles of property using patrol vehicles.
Computer or tablet input of reports and log entries of activity, incident and rule violations.
Assist in requests made by members, guests, and other ambassadors.
Perform weekly inspections on homes as well as respond to alarms received from homes.
Perform Security for private concerts and special events.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Safety and Security or management team
Requirements of the job include:

Must be at least 21 years old for vehicle insurance purposes.
A clean DMV record must be provided upon offer of job.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds to assist with mail and other member services
Stand/walk for up to 5.5 hours at a time, sit for up to two hours at a time.
Ability to safely twist, kneel, and bend repeatedly while moving inventory or assisting members.
No visible tattoos while wearing a long sleeve shirt.
The ideal candidate provides exceptional customer service while spreading goodwill and hospitality among members, guests, and other Ambassadors.
We are hiring for our gatehouse with shifts throughout the week.
Starting pay is $17.00 with increases based on 90 day and annual review.
