We are currently recruiting for a Training and Development Manager to join our administrative team! The Training and Development Manager develops and implements Training Programs for the Organization and provides supervision and oversight to training support staff. As a key member of both the Organizational Development and Leadership Teams, this role coordinates with multiple departments and diverse groups of people in the implementation of a wide array of projects.

Minimum Qualifications: (education and/or experience):

BA/S in Human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Teaching or Related degree and at least 2 years of work experience creating adult learner-based curriculum

1 year of supervisory experience
