Job Opening For Architect / Landscape Architect / Architecture Designer / Cad Drafting.

REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking to hire a talented, passionate and motivated person to join our team.
Work would include, but not limited to, the following: General design & drafting, site surveying such as as-builts, topo mapping, site stakeouts for new project development of general construction, pools, spas & landscape projects; some project managing from the development phase through the construction phase; working in the office with our team, R&D, auto cad drafting and lay out jobs from plans; providing technical aid to construction staff.
Professional Experience - 2 to 4 years in related experience in:
Cad drafting & design in Landscaping or Architecture drawings using AutoCAD - office experience using Autodesk/CAD, Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D and or Vectorworks.
Or
Surveyor Experience - office survey data processing with AutoCAD Civil 3D and field survey work using a robotic total station with data collector.
You need to be skilled in MS Excel, MS Word and survey software such as Topcon.
Non Required Additional Experience in MS Power Point, MS Projects, iTaskX, Mac OS, Photoshop, 3D Studio Max, Sketch Up and/or Vector Works Software Programs.
Must be able to work as part of a team, be reliable, and have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills as our projects can be very complex and technical. The ability to read, write and speak fluent English is critical.
Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
