Commercial Loan Officer III
Heritage Bank NevadaReno, NV, United StatesShare:ApplyAbout the Role SUMMARYHeritage Bank of Nevada is looking for a talented and motivated Commercial Loan Officer III. The CLO acts as the primary contact for commercial clients and high net worth individuals. Obtains, evaluates and recommends approval of commercial loans, lines of credit, real estate, construction and consumer loans. Evaluates and manages the largest and most complex credit requests.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interview and conduct meeting with borrower and obtains loan application and financial information
Evaluate feasibility of credit extension to borrower by analyzing financial status, cash flow, credit and collateral
Assemble written credit authorization request for approval by Chief Credit Officer and presents to appropriate approval authority
Informs loan applicant of loan denial or acceptance
Review loan documentation for accuracy and compliance with appropriate regulatory lending requirements
Maintain financial files and appropriately monitor all loan covenants and conditions of portfolio
Contribute to other loan officers, credit analysts and bank divisions to promote overall success of organization.
Assist in marketing efforts and make joint new business development calls with Branch Managers, and Management
About You QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
8-10 years of experience in a financial institution with extensive commercial credit experience
Excellent understanding of credit analysis, loan structuring, collateral analysis, loan pricing and loan management.
Ability to work independently.
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principals
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to maintain a heavy volume of correspondence, personal contact, and telephone communication.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent customer service skills

Bachelor's Degree
