The Peppermill is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Chef to join our culinary family functioning as support for our high volume restaurants including managing, producing and directing the daily production. We are seeking an experienced leader that has high standards, outstanding communication skills, has the ability to motivate and train and has a commitment to excellent cuisine.
Qualifications:
A fun attitude.
Contagious smile.
Desire to work with people.
Three or more years in hotel restaurant or individual restaurants preferred.
Culinary background must have an emphasis on high volume, quality cuisine as well as teambuilding, interpersonal and managerial skills.
Working knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
