Bordertown Casino looking is looking for a full-time Kitchen Manager.
Desired candidates will have at least 2 years of management experience in high-volume and fast-paced restaurant environment. We are looking for individuals who have a general understanding of restaurant operations, basic knowledge of business financials and an ability to recruit, train and inspire staff. A successful Manager will have a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to lead a team.
